We make every effort to accurately display product colours, textures, and dimensions on our website. However, the actual appearance of a saree may vary slightly due to your screen settings and the handcrafted nature of our products.

All sarees are handpicked and may have minor variations — this is a characteristic of handloom and handwoven fabrics, not a defect.

Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Sale prices are valid only during the stated promotional period. Misha Edits is not responsible for price discrepancies arising from website errors or technical issues.

Coupon codes and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed only upon successful payment and a confirmation email or message from us.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud, an unauthorised transaction, or if the product is no longer available.

Orders cannot be modified after payment is confirmed. Please review your cart carefully before checkout.

We accept payments via Razorpay, which supports UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets. Your payment information is encrypted and processed securely — Misha Edits does not store card details.

In the rare case of a payment failure after funds are debited, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We ship across India. Orders above ₹999 qualify for free shipping. A flat fee of ₹99 applies to smaller orders.

Estimated delivery times are 5–7 business days from dispatch. Delays due to courier issues, natural events, or public holidays are outside our control.

A tracking number will be shared via SMS/email once your order is dispatched.

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled — you may initiate a return instead.

To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at hello@mishaedits.in or WhatsApp us with your order number.

Refunds for cancellations are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

To initiate a return or exchange, visit your order detail page on our website and submit a request. Our team will review and respond within 48 hours.

The following are not eligible for return: customised or personalised items, items damaged due to misuse, or products returned without original packaging.

Refunds (for approved returns) are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

You agree to provide accurate information during registration and checkout. Providing false information may result in order cancellation and account suspension.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Misha Edits is not liable for unauthorised access resulting from your negligence.

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and design — is the property of Misha Edits and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

Misha Edits is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Our maximum liability in any dispute is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
