Eligibility

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Customised or personalised items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

How to Initiate a Return

Visit your order detail page on our website and click “Return / Exchange”. Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.

Refunds

For approved returns, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

  • UPI / Net Banking: 3–5 business days
  • Debit / Credit Card: 5–7 business days
  • Wallet: Instant to 24 hours

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately at hello@mishaedits.in with your order number.

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled — please initiate a return instead. Cancellation refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
